The story
A bare backyard shed transformed into a finished mini-studio — insulated, cooled, new plank flooring, painted inside and out.
The difference between a shed and a room you would actually spend time in is insulation and cooling, and in a Texas summer that is not optional. A hard-wearing plank floor was the right call underfoot for a space that gets used rather than looked at. Painting inside and out finishes it as a building in its own right instead of a shed that has been tidied up.
