The story
A patterned-tile feature wall behind a freestanding tub, with plantation shutters and a tiled walk-in shower alongside.
The patterned tile is committed to rather than sampled — it wraps the whole shower and carries through behind the tub, so the floor and the shutters are the surfaces kept deliberately quiet. Plantation shutters are the right window treatment for a wet room: they control light and privacy without hanging fabric in a space that gets humid twice a day.
