One bathroom taken back to the studs and rebuilt in marble-look large-format tile — a walk-in shower with a navy mosaic niche band and a patterned mosaic floor, matte black fixtures throughout, and a double vanity under two arched mirrors.

Large-format tile is the decision doing the most work here. Fewer grout lines across a shower wall means less to scrub and less to fail, and running the same veining floor-to-ceiling makes a small wet room read taller than it is. The mosaic floor is the deliberate exception — small tile means dense grout, which is what gives you grip underfoot where you actually need it. The navy band set into the niche picks that floor back up, so the two patterned surfaces read as one decision rather than two. Matte black carried across every fixture, including the mirror frames, is what stops a white room from looking unfinished.
