Epoxy Floors & Media Wall
The project
The story
Two visits to the same Cibolo home: a metallic epoxy floor poured through the kitchen and living areas with new recessed lighting, then a custom slat-wood media wall built around the TV with an open component bay below.
The floor does the heavy lifting here — a metallic epoxy pour turns a concrete slab into a continuous, glass-smooth surface that bounces the new recessed lighting around the room. The media wall came later: framed from scratch, wrapped in stained slat wood, with the TV inset flush and an open bay below that keeps the electronics reachable but out of sight. Different trips, one direction — a home that keeps getting darker, cleaner and more deliberate.
