Marble Master Shower

The project
The story
A demoed garden-tub corner rebuilt as a marble walk-in shower with a wood-look bench and hex-tile floor, wrapped in windows.
A garden-tub corner is usually the largest piece of wasted floor in a builder bathroom — big footprint, used twice a year. Rebuilding it as a walk-in shower converts that square footage into something used daily. The built-in bench is the detail people wish they had asked for, and hex tile underfoot gives the grout density you want on a wet floor. Being wrapped in windows is what lets marble tone read warm rather than cold.
